The amount paid by you for Services.

The individual purchasing Services.

We provide personalised fitness coaching, including training plans, nutrition guidance, and support via our app.
We will deliver Services with reasonable care and skill.
However:
We do not guarantee specific results
Results depend on your effort, consistency, lifestyle, and adherence
You are responsible for following the programme correctly
3. Health & Responsibility (IMPORTANT)
By purchasing, you confirm:
You are fit and able to exercise
You have no medical condition preventing participation, or you have consulted a qualified professional
You take full responsibility for your health and wellbeing
We are not medical professionals, and nothing provided should be treated as medical advice.
You must seek medical advice before starting if unsure.
We are not liable for injuries, illness, or health issues arising from participation.
4. Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee:
Weight loss
Fat loss
Muscle gain
Physical transformation
All results vary based on individual commitment and consistency.
5. Ordering & Access
Access to Services is granted once payment is received.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate information
Using the app and programme correctly
6. Fees & Payments
All prices are displayed on the website or at checkout.
Payments may be:
One-off
Monthly subscription
Subscriptions

No refunds for partial months used
Payment Plans
Payments must be made on time
If payment fails and remains unpaid for 14 days: Access may be suspended Full balance may become due
7. Refund Policy
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from purchase.
After 14 days:
No refunds are given
This applies even if you: Do not use the app Do not follow the plan Stop participating
8. App Access & Coaching
Your access includes:
Training plan
Nutrition guidance
Progress tracking
Messaging support
We reserve the right to:
Modify app features
Update programmes
Improve delivery at any time
9. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Follow the programme safely
Log progress honestly
Communicate respectfully
Failure to engage or follow the plan is your responsibility.
10. Conduct & Termination
We may terminate access immediately if you:
Miss payments
Act abusively or disrespectfully
Harass or misuse communication channels
Breach these Terms
No refunds will be issued upon termination.
11. Intellectual Property
All content provided (plans, videos, materials) remains our property.
You may not:
Share
Copy
Distribute
Resell
Doing so will result in immediate removal from the programme.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all personal and business information confidential.
13. Liability
We are not liable for:
Injuries or health issues
Lack of results
Indirect or financial loss
Total liability is limited to the Fees paid.
Nothing excludes liability where unlawful under UK law.
14. Data Protection
We collect and store your data to deliver Services.
Your data will not be sold or shared outside our business.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee complete security.
